About Tara

Before real estate, my path began in public service. I earned an associate degree in human services and a bachelor’s degree in integrative studies with minors in sociology and criminology from Kent State University, and spent years working in the public sector. During the COVID-19 pandemic, while working for a local government agency, I had a moment of clarity that changed everything: life is too short not to be happy where you are. That realization sparked my passion for real estate and my mission to help people find homes that truly fit their lives.

 

As a lifelong Ashtabula County resident, I’m deeply proud of this community and everything it has to offer. I believe in its potential, its people, and its future, and I’m passionate about helping our area grow and thrive by connecting individuals and families with properties they love. Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I currently serve as President of the Ashtabula County REALTORS® and Chair of the Lift Bridge Community Association, volunteer at my children’s school, and regularly roll up my sleeves at local clean-up events. I love connecting people with resources and being part of the positive momentum happening all around us.

 

I’m incredibly grateful for the recognition I’ve received along the way, including being voted as Ashtabula County’s People’s Choice Best Real Estate Agent in 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025. In 2023, I was honored to join the Ohio REALTORS® President’s Club, receive the Award of Achievement, and Award of Distinction, as well as Ashtabula County Board of REALTORS®, REALTOR® of the year in 2023.
